Location: Lynbrook, NY

Salary: $50,000 – $75,000, based on experience and licensing

Hybrid schedule: 3 days remote, 2 days in office

Responsibilities:

• Support Account Executives in servicing an assigned book of business (60% commercial and 40% personal line)
• Issue certificates of insurance and review contract requirements for compliance
• Process endorsements, policy changes, and cancellations; review policies for accuracy
• Prepare renewal submissions, marketing summaries, and client proposals
• Manage renewal timelines and follow-ups to keep accounts on schedule
• Communicate with carriers and underwriters on quotes, changes, and open items
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally by phone and email
• Assist clients with claims reporting and follow up through resolution
• Maintain accurate, complete records in Applied Epic
• Identify cross-selling and account-rounding opportunities and support new business efforts 

An ideal candidate has the following:

• 1–3 years of insurance industry experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• Active New York State Property & Casualty Broker’s License (required)
• Experience with Applied Epic
