Commercial Account Executive:

• Manage a diverse book of mid-sized commercial accounts, with a strong concentration in construction-related businesses and rea estate.
• Handle all phases of account management and customer service, including marketing, account retention, account rounding, applications, policy servicing, renewals, and carrier negotiations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients in the construction and real estate sectors, recommending insurance and risk management solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Review coverage programs, identify potential gaps in coverage, and negotiate renewal terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements with both clients and underwriters.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and underwriters to ensure exceptional service and long-term account retention.
• Assist clients with policy changes, certificates of insurance, claims support, and other day-to-day servicing needs while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness.
