High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager

Location: Hauppauge, NY

Salary: $90-120,000 + Excellent Benefits & Bonuses 

A well-established independent brokerage in Hauppauge, known for its professional and pleasant work environment, is seeking to add an experienced High Net Worth Personal Lines Account Manager to its growing division.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned High Net Worth personal lines book of business
• Prepare new business and renewal submissions; market accounts with carriers including Chubb, AIG, PURE, Cincinnati, and Berkley One
• Stay current on High-Net-Worth coverage trends and carrier offerings
• Handle rating, proposal presentations, applications, and binder processes through policy issuance
• Prepare applications, supplemental forms, binders, coverage summaries, Broker of Record forms, and certificates
• Conduct client renewal reviews and provide consultative service
• Collaborate with colleagues and provide backup support to other Account Managers as needed

Requirements

• 3+ years of High Net Worth personal lines experience
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with AMS360 is a plus
• Comfortable navigating carrier portals and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Active Property & Casualty License
