Our client, a highly successful $25 million direct writer with a team of 10 professionals, is seeking a hands-on Agency Manager to oversee and run all facets of the agency. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily agency operations
• Manage staff, workflow, and productivity
• Ensure exceptional client service standards
• Drive growth, efficiency, and profitability

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong insurance agency management experience
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions
• Commercial and/or personal lines expertise preferred
