Insurance Brokerage Construction/ Real Estate  Account Executive  

Location: Mt Sinai, NY Hybrid Remote days and hours are flexible

Salary $80-100,000 Excellent Benefits

Our client, a well-known and respected large local broker requires an Account Executive to retain and support a book of larger middle market construction, Real Estate ant typical LI business (50,000 to $1.5 million premium). 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a book of business
• Market new and renewal business
• Oversee and provide excellent and professional client services
• Prepare and deliver  renewal and new business presentations
• Identify exposures and make recommends
• Provide day-to-day client services 

Qualifications  

• Minimum 4 years experience servicing Habational and mix use Real Estate, General Contractors, Artisans and typical LI businessconstruction risks
• knowledge of construction and Real Estate  markets and products
• Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Relationship management and conflict resolution skills
• Must have current NYS Property and Casualty license
• Knowledge of Applied System experience is a plus
