Commercial Line Manager

Location: Westbury, NY 

Salary: $170,000 - 200,000 + Executive Benefits and Bonus  

Work Week: Hybrid

Our client, a well-respected regional brokerage recognized for excellence, is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Manager to join its leadership team. This role will oversee a $10 million book of commercial business, provide strategic leadership to four teams comprising approximately 20 Account Executives and Associates, and manage key carrier relationships. The successful candidate will bring strong operational, leadership, and market-facing expertise to drive performance, retention, and continued growth.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of insurance industry experience servicing commercial clients
• Strong risk evaluation, strategic planning, crisis resolution, presentation, and closing skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and people-management skills, including conflict resolution
• Proven experience leading executives, CSRs, and assistants supporting middle-market clients
• Deep knowledge of the Long Island and New York insurance markets, with the ability to manage and strengthen carrier relationships
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Active New York State Property & Casualty license
