Our client, is expanding and seeking a talented Personal Lines Account Executive to join its team.
Overview: The Personal Lines Account Executive will manage a diverse portfolio of middle-market and high-net-worth personal lines clients. This role offers the support of an experienced Associate Account Manager, who will assist with day-to-day service and administrative responsibilities, allowing the Account Executive to focus on client relationships, retention, coverage strategy, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service a book of middle-market and high-net-worth personal lines accounts.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and expert guidance on coverage, renewals, claims, and policy changes.
- Analyze client needs and develop tailored insurance solutions.
- Oversee renewals, remarketing, and coverage reviews to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Associate Account Manager to delegate administrative tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong client, carrier, and vendor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Personal Lines account management or account executive experience.
- Strong knowledge of personal lines products, carriers, and markets (HNW experience preferred).
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-service skills.
- Proficiency with agency management systems and common insurance software.
