Employee Benefit Account Manager, Rockville Centre, NY -  Salary $75-90,000

Our Client a well known and respected P/C Broker with  a considerable Employee Benefit Business requires an additional Benefit Account Executive  to service existing book of  clients

Responsibilities

• Manage, renew book of business small and large groups with 2-1500 employees
• Create and deliver employee and executive level presentations
• Identify and initiate cross-sell opportunities
• Negotiate with carriers
• Quote on Health Connect
• Send out RFPs
• Handle billing, claims issues, Spreadsheet, etcs

Requirements:

• 3+ years of benefits experience including medical, ancillary and PEO

• Ability to put together client ready presentations
• Ability to quote and present ancillary coverage, dental, vision, LTD, STD, life and accident , etc.
• Maintain customer relationships
• Organized and able to communicate effectively with clients and carriers
