Salary: $100,000 - $135,000 A book of business large enough to support your salary package and uncapped commission bonus Comprehensive benefits and 401(k) with match

Work week:Hybrid or remote flexibility (Northeast region)

Join a leading specialty insurance organization known for underwriting unique and hard-to-place commercial risks. This role offers the opportunity to build and grow a profitable book of business, manage agency relationships, and lead marketing efforts to drive new and renewal production. You’ll also have the autonomy to make underwriting decisions while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. 
• At least 3 years of commercial lines underwriting experience; E&S or specialty experience preferred. 
• Demonstrated success in sales and marketing within the insurance industry. 
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. 
• Commitment to professional growth; CPCU, CIC, or similar designations a plus. 
• Active insurance license preferred.
