Our client, a National Brokerage of excellent reputation, requires an exceptional Personal Line Manager To manage their personal Lines Division am

Duties

• Manage and mentor multiple offices producers, teams, leaders and support staff ,
• Meet with Company representatives to discuss underwriting, new products, procedures, production, loss ratios, business plans, book rollovers, etc.
• Develop marketing plans for new sales and account rounding
• Provide day-to-day direction and training to Personal Line staff
• Set up new offices and locations

Qualifications: 

• NYS Property and Casualty License
• Experience servicing, marketing and rounding middle market and High-Net-Worth personal line clients
• Must possess very strong management and organizational skills
• Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously
