Account Executive

Smithtown, NY 

Work Week (4.5 days remote)   

Salary $80-110,000 + Benefits & Bonus

Our client, a 30+ person broker that is known for its presently professional work environment is currently searching for a Account Executive to rnu a general commercial book of middle market business  

The position involves retention, relationship management, risk analysis, coverage knowledge, negotiating with underwriters, servicing policies and placing new and renewal business ($50,000 to $600,000 pv)The right candidate is professional, career motivated, innovative and works well with underwriters

Qualifications

• Strong client retention and conflict resolution skills 
• Minimum 7 years marketing or servicing mid market business.
• Experience  with multiple carrier rating systems and navigating carrier websites
• Able to present to clients and negotiate with underwriters
• Capacity to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
• Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
• Applied/Epic or similar data management system knowledge is a plus
• Brokers Licence
