Customer Service Representative

Location, Babylon, NY Remote, In office and Hybrid is ok 

Salary $65-85,000+ Benefits

Our Client,  A 15 person property and casualty agency growing by leaps and bounds requires an additional  commercial lines CSR, who is organized, well spoken, licensed, able to explain coverage and internet savvy

• Active NY P&C license
• Minimum 2 years supporting commercial clients
• Strong relationship management, resolution and presentation skills
• Experience working with multiple carriers and rating systems
• Ability to negotiate with underwriters and navigate carrier websites
• Prior experience quoting binding and issuing policies via carrier portals
• Team player with track record of working cooperatively to achieve objectives
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
• Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
• Knowledge of Applied Epic or Tam is a plus navigating carrier websites is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
