Insurance Brokerage Bookkeeper

Location: Smithtown, NY

Work Week: Can Be Remote, Hybrid or on-premises

Salary $75-100,000 full-time or equivalent part-time  

Our client, one of the fastest-growing and pleasant places to work on Long Island is seeking a bookkeeper to assist their Comptroller. The position offers flexibility, being 100% remote or hybrid, full-time or part-time. The salary range is from $75,000 to $100,000 for full-time or part-time equivalent. Qualifications include knowledge of accounting concepts, practices, and procedures, a minimum of 2 years of insurance bookkeeping experience, detail-oriented with strong technical and analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Quickbooks, experience with Applied Epic or TAM System is a plus, proficiency in mathematical principles and calculations, ability to multi-task.
