Commercial Line Account Executive

Salary:  $65-80,000

Location: Hempstead, NY - Remote

Our Client, a 20 Person brokerage is growing and requires a Remote Account Executive to service and maintain all aspects of a variety of smaller and midsized commercial accounts (premium ranging from $20,000 to $150,000) The book is diversified with a considerable number of real estate, general contractors, construction, restaurants and mom and pop shops

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain all aspects of a variety of Commercial Accounts
• Market renewals and new business on existing accounts
• Identify cross marketing opportunities
• Round out accounts
• Review applications and policies for accurate information
• Ability to identify and explain coverage and gaps in coverage
• Prepare Reports and Proposals
• General processing - claims reporting, auto ID cards, Certificates of Insurances, Binders, etc.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Brokers License
• Minimum 5 years experience in commercial insurance
• Experience with navigation and on-line rating on company websites
• Thorough knowledge of all Commercial Lines coverage and products
• Knowledge of EPIC prefered
