Account Executive

Rockville Centre, NY

Salary $80-110,000

You must have insurance brokerage experience to be considered for the position

Our client, a 30+ person broker that is known for its presently professional work environment is currently searching for a Senior Account Executive  

The position involves retention, relationship management, risk analysis, coverage knowledge, negotiating with underwriters, servicing policies and placing new and renewal business ($250,00 to $4,000,000 pv)The right candidate is professional, career motivated, innovative and works well with underwriters

Qualifications

• Strong client retention and conflict resolution skills 
• Minimum 10 years marketing or servicing mid market business.
• Experience  with multiple carrier rating systems and navigating carrier websites
• Able to present to clients and negotiate with underwriters
• Capacity to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
• Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
• Applied/Epic or similar data management system knowledge is a plus
• Brokers Licence
