Insurance Premium Account Bookkeeper

Location: Lake Success 

Salary: $65-$85,00

Due to retirement our client, a very successful Lake Success Broker known for professionalism and a pleasant work environment, seeks an accounts payable bookkeeper. 

Responsibilities

• Oversee and administer  all functions of $50 million premium payables
• Prepare applicable weekly/monthly/quarterly/ annual reports for management
• Monitor and reconcile applicable GL and balance sheet accounts and activities
• Manage all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting.
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external statements
• Evaluating the effectiveness of accounting software and supporting database, as needed
