Insurance Brokerage Commercial Lines Marketing Manager

Salary: $150-175,000 2-Day Remote + Benefits including 2 Bonuses, 9 extra remote days you can take as you please + 18-24 personal days + $401K + Medical + many extras 

Location: Plainview - 2-Day Remote, Local tristate  travel when necessary 

Our Exclusive client, a well-known and respected broker seeks a talented marketer who can manage relationships with Insurance Company leaders, Manage a team of 12 and place difficult and complex risks. The business is diversified with a considerable amount of real estate, high-end retail, particulates, health science manufacturing, not-for-profit, transportation, restaurants, service industries, professionals, environmental, IT risks, and business typical of the tri-state area.

This is a marketing Management position collaborating and strategizing with other members of the Management Team, Producers and Accounts Executives to mitigate risk at cost-effective rates

Qualifications

• Current Brokers License
• Minimum 7+ years of retail brokerage marketing experience
• Manage Property/Casualty carrier relationships at the regional and national level
• Manage Property/Casualty carrier placements for all Large Line and Select accounts
• Manage new business account strategy and placement
• Manage and direct placement of key accounts
• Internal communication of change in carrier appetite, staff, and guidelines.
• Solid underwriting relationships based on integrity
• Real estate, not-for-profit, retail and transportation placing experience
• Good understanding of the marketplace, risk financing, and pricing
• Ability to prepare/present submissions, analyze risk, and negotiate terms and rates
• Experience creating and managing marketing programs
• Excellent verbal skills and superior writing capabilities
• Internet savvy and ability to navigate carrier websites
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects
• Applied experience preferred
