Construction Account Executive/Consultant
Location: Melville, NY
Salary: $125-$150,000
Our Client, Is a well-known and respected full-service commercial insurance and surety broker seeks an experienced construction account executive to manage and maintain a book of larger middle-market construction clients. Premium size $1 million -$4 million.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain a book of construction business
- Market new and renewal business
- Consult for Large Clients
- Oversee and provide excellent and professional client services
- Prepare and deliver renewal and new business presentations
- Act as a consultant to several clients
- Identify exposures and make recommends
- Provide day-to-day client services
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with large commercial risks.
- Knowledge of construction markets and products
- Proven track record of customer retention and development of new business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Active broker license(s) required
- Familiarity with Applied EPIC, TAM, or AMS 360 preferred
- Experience with carrier websites, rating, claims, and underwriting preferred
