Insurance Brokerage Marketer - Plainview, NY Hybrid or Remote

Insurance Brokerage Marketer This position is one of 80 Long Island Insurance remote, hybrid and in-office positions we are discreetly filling for our clients. Salaries range between $50,000 and $250,000

Location Plainview, NY (2/3 Day Remote or 100% Remote)

Salary: $140-160,000 

Due to an increase in business, our client, a large Regional Broker known for its pleasant and professional hybrid remote work environment requires an addition to its marketing Team.


  • Maintain market and client relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with Producers, Team Leaders, Account Executives and management
  • Evaluate, identify, compile, and manage information regarding new business and renewals.
  • Adherence, compliance and full utilization of all technology tools (i.e., EPIC, Outlook, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Prepare specifications and applications for marketing renewal and new business.
  • Attend prospect and renewal strategy meetings.
  • Prepare insurance market presentations.
  • Create and review new business and renewal proposals.
  • Review binders, policies, endorsements and other related items verifying their accuracy facilitating corrections when necessary.
  • Review submissions, summaries and schedules of insurance as needed prior to sending to market.
  • Collaborate with the Producer, Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, Account Executives and management.
  • Analyze and review coverage forms, quotes and binders.
  • Prepare market presentations for commercial clients.
  • Manage and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and binders from the marketplace.
  • Coordinate & participate in team strategy meetings, take notes & distribute to attendees/invitees.
  • Monitor renewal and new business dashboard.
  • Participate and attend industry events.
  • Ensure current market relationships as well as cultivate new relationships in the market.


  • Property & Casualty License
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Commercial Insurance
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, EPIC, and Salesforce
  • Knowledge of insurance products
  • Knowledge of the insurance market and their capabilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detailed oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of policy wording and language
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Ability to analyze complex insurance situations, recommend solutions, options, and communicate these options in a clear, concise manner
