Insurance Brokerage Customer Service Representative 

Location: West Islip NY This Position can be in office, remote or Hybrid

Salary: $60-80,000 

Our client, a 20+ person Broker seeks a Commercial Account Executive with the day-to-day servicing of middle market clients as part of a Team. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage, service and retain a Commercial book of mid-market business

• Cross-sell policies and coverages for accounts
• Provide day-to-day client services including discussing policy terms
• Select appropriate markets and placing business
• Renew policies, fill client/carrier requests, confirm coverage and provide quotes
• Prepare and deliver proposals and quotes
• Manage suspense, action items etc.
• Assemble binders/policy changes and contract data for the client
• Addresses electronic recordkeeping needs and invoicing 

Qualifications

• Valaid NYS Brokers Licence
• Minimum 2 year of insurance experience
• Excellent clerical and communication insurance skills
• Experience with Epic, MS Word and Excel is a must
