Customer Service Representative with Potentia

Salary $70,000 to $90,000

Our Client,  A well-known mid-sized agency that is growing by leaps and bounds seeks a career minded commercial lines Assistant CSR, who is organized and well spoken.

Qualifications

• Active NY P&C license preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience supporting CSRs
• Ability to navigate carrier websites
• Good communication skills
• Team player with track record of working cooperatively to achieve objectives
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be flexible to changing client needs
• Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
• Knowledge of AMS 360 is a plus 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
