Chief Executive Officer of Tristate Region 

Location: Melville, NY

Salary $250-300,000 + 3 bonuses 

Due to retirement our client, a wel-known and respected Broker seeks an experienced CEO to manage a $30 million income Brokerage

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a $30 million income brokerage

Retain clients and maintain company culture.

Lead a team of 11 direct reports and a staff of 83.

Report to the Northeast Regional Manager.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial insurance experience
• NYS Property and Casualty license
• Strong risk evaluation, strategic, crisis resolution, presentation skills
• Experience leading Executives, CSR's and assistants servicing middle market clients
• Capable of multi-tasking and working multiple projects simultaneously
• Respected by industry peers and counter parts
