Duties

• Issue Certificates of Insurance and Auto ID Cards
• Order Loss Runs
• Follow-up with carriers for receipt of endorsements and policies
• Check endorsements and policies for accuracy and request changes
• Process binders and invoices
• Update Specs, Underlying Schedules and spreadsheets
• Follow-up with insured for completed applications, payments and other requested information
• Scan mail and attach to appropriate account
• Assist Account Executive as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance agency/brokerage experience
• Applied TAM, EPIC, AMS 360 a plus
• Excellent clerical skills, Word and Excel experience required
