• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Quote and process new business and renewals
• Prepares applications/accord forms, rates and quotes with over 20 direct markets
• Perform account transactions including change requests, endorsements, certificates, follow-ups, loss runs, vehicle ID cards, managing cancellations and reinstatement notices, policy checking and updating billing screens
• Utilize Applied Epic, Word, Excel, and carrier websites to manage client records and conduct business.
