• Reviewed renewal requests and endorsements which require approval
• Prepared and processed Certificate of Insurance, endorsements, binders, audits, and cancellations

• Alerted brokers of cancellation and recommendation notices issued by carriers
• Maintained account files in orderly sequence according to established producers
• Entered all required data into Applied Tam and Epic system to maintain current information on accounts
