Service and support Agencies largest brokers

• Liaison between brokers and carrier
• Quote policies, process endorsements, renewals, cancellations
• Handle recommendation requests from carriers
• Process using bind requests and associated paperwork
• Familiar with the EPIC download process
• Quoted with guard in the past on homeowner policies
• Review reports to prevent cancellations 

Personal Lines and Life and Health RepresentativeAssistant

• Meet and greet clients
• Follow up on open items at Account Executives request
• Process Personal lines, life and health policies and renewals
• Collaborate with all departments on special projects
• Process Personal lines cancellations, customer payment calls, bank declarations, etc.
• Meet with Life Insurance companies to receive updated information on their products
• Download Communication Log each day from IVANS
• Add carriers to EPIC as they become available to download
• Troubleshoot issues with downloads
• Assist in training new employees on EPIC
• Process invoices, renewals, individual new group and individual life and new long term care policies
• Invoice commission for Life and Health Department
