Assistant Account Executive 

  • Process all new and renewal business and enter into appropriate computer applications and
  • Prepare files 90 days before renewal with loss history, renewal
  • Market accounts 90 days before renewal to ensure best coverage is
  • Process change requests, audits, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements and issue to
  • Update all logs and computer applications upon policy
  • Invoice all agency-billed policies and endorsements
  • Check policies for accuracy and issue to broker
  • Follow up with broker for outstanding documents as needed

Assistant Commercial Lines Account Manager 

  • Process change requests through various carriers and issue endorsements to
  • Issue Evidence of Property, Vehicle, and Equipment
  • Receive audits from carriers and advise insured of any changes to premium

Policy Services Assistant 

  • Respond to client requests and provide certificates of liability in a timely
  • Create strong relationships with clients to ensure customer-friendly
  • Order loss runs and assemble marketing books with appropriate material for
  • Run MVRs of prospective drivers to be listed on insured's auto policies, advise insured if prospective hire meets carrier guidelines.
  • Maintain various paper policy files and marketing
