Personal Lines HNY & VIP Manager                                                       

• Closely collaborated with the Accounting and Brokerage Departments to keep informed and prevent / resolve problems.
• Prepare applications, accord forms and applications, assigned risk and did appraisals on fine arts.
• Provide Customer support to customers for policy endorsements requests or certificate requests (such as, vehicles/drivers, certificate holder, etc.

Personal Lines VIP Manager                                                                    

• Evaluate the personal insurance needs and risks of my clients and assist them in creating an insurance program specific to those needs. Ingoing management of the client’s personal lines portfolio. A typical day include communicating with clients via phone and/or email, quoting and rating new/renewals accounts, problem solving, processing endorsement and policies   

Major Account Manager   

• Day to day servicing, processing, expediting and troubleshooting of policy renewals for 20 key personal line accounts.
• Responsible for 700 accounts – Homeowners, Auto, Umbrella, Boats, Yachts, Flood, Assigned Risk.
• Issue binders, ID cards, certificates, proofs, schedules, invoices, etc.
• Monitored clients’ policy changes and assisted both current and potential clients on information pertaining to product, pricing, and terms. Use Applied, TAM.
• Dealt with VIP accounts to include popular celebrities/entertainers.
