  • Notify the Managing Director of Claims and Managing Director of Risk Management if a claim presented has the potential exposure to be a substantial loss, severe or fatal injury, or if a carrier has issued a reserve advisory alert.
  • Provide claim summaries to the Marketing Dept and Account Managers prior to the Renewal Strategy Meeting.
  • Conduct in-depth Claim Reviews with Insureds on a quarterly or bi-annual basis.
