Account Executive/ New Business and Office Policy Reviewer

  • Manage and service a diverse commercial book of business with considerable concentrations of contractors, retailors and real estate with premiums ranging from $5,000 to $1,000,000.
  • Identify appropriate carriers, negotiate terms, and analyze quotes for coverage and pricing.
  • Coordinate client service, assist in rounding opportunities and identify new business opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise reviewing all commercial polices for accuracy, gaps and rounding possibilities
  • Collaborate with management on operational projects to improve workflow efficiency and agency systems.
  • Train and mentor Account Executives and Associates while maintaining strong underwriter relationships. 

Account Executive

  • Provide client management, marketing, servicing, policy renewal, rounding and retention to a diverse book of business that includes contractors, artisans, real estate, not-for-profits, social services, municipalities, restaurants, automotive, manufacturers and general business. Premiums range from $5,000 to $1,000,000.
  • Support five producers with selling and retaining book of business and assist with new business
  • Coordinating client activities, assist with targeting sales goals and developing new business opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise and manage in- agency activities and communications
  • Train Account Executives and Associates and respond promptly and professionally to underwriters
  • Determine appropriate carriers for market pricing, analyze and compare carrier quotes and coverage
  • Process policies, endorsements and audits as needed
