• Partner with producers and account managers on day-to-day client servicing, coverage changes, renewal execution and expedite their requests
• Support mid-to-large commercial lines property & casualty accounts across the full policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements
• Manage high volumes of renewals, endorsements, and policy changes while meeting strict carrier and client deadlines Prepare binders, endorsements, certificates of insurance, evidence of property, proposals, loss summaries, and renewal documentation
• Coordinate directly with carriers and underwriters to obtain quotes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely policy issuance
• Maintain well-organized account documentation across agency management systems
• Train and onboard five new hires and serve as a go-to internal resource during peak renewal periods
