Client Advisor, Business Insurance-

• Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate accounts, servicing policies including Commercial Package, Property, Auto, Employers’ Liability, Umbrella, and specialty lines (Cyber, Management Liability, Workers’ Compensation), with excess layered programs ranging from $5M–$25M.
• Lead the end-to-end renewal process beginning 90–120 days prior to expiration, including collection of renewal applications, loss runs, updated SOVs, loss summaries, and schedules of insurance.
• Collaborate with internal producers on remarketing strategies and work directly with carrier underwriters and wholesalers on coverage terms, forms, and exclusions.
• Prepare comprehensive client-facing proposals and renewal presentations.
• Oversee agency billing, providing direct-bill information and responding to client billing inquiries.
• Track and assist with premium audits, coordinating between carriers and insureds to ensure resolution.
• Review COI requests and issue Certificates of Insurance (ACORD 25/28).
• Process endorsements, track confirmations, manage AP/refunds, and bill endorsements as required
