Account Executive…  Responsible for servicing all personal line programs, including Homeowners, Valuable Articles, Auto, Umbrella, Yacht, and Excess Liability for affluent and high-net-worth personal insurance clients.

  • Provide customized risk management solutions and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain, trust based relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family, offices, & their advisors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all policy, coverage, and service needs.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of client assets and exposures to develop tailored insurance programs using carriers such as Chubb, PURE, BerkleyOne, AIG Private Client, and Cincinnati Private Client.
  • Review renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and remarketing efforts to ensure continued alignment with clients evolving risk, profiles, and lifestyle changes.
  • Coordinate with carriers and adjusters to ensure prompt claim resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Identify gaps or overlaps in existing coverage and recommend enhancements to protect complex property, collections, and liability exposures.
  • Partner with producers, underwriters, and risk consultants to deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records within agency management systems and ensure adherence to carrier and regulatory requirements.
  • Support cross-selling and referral initiatives, contributing to a consistently high retention rate (typically 95%+) among Private Client accounts.
