Commercial Lines Assistant Account Representative
- Deliver brokerage services to commercial clients that pay from $100,000 to $5 million
- Provide organizational support to the account executive for renewal reviews.
- Respond to all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process comprehensive documentation entries within the management system
- Complete necessary affidavits and total cost forms for non- admitted companies.
- Prepare and process endorsements, certificates, EPI’s follow-ups, loss runs, vehicle ID cards, cancellations, reinstatements, policy checking and updating billing screens
- Set up and maintain client activity files and filing (electronic)
- Perform other related support duties as requested
- Prepare schedules and other reports, data entry of new business applications
- Comply with procedures and practices, meeting performance and quality standards
- Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
- Utilize AMS 360 system and MS Office to enter and Outlook, Excel, Monday.com
