Commercial Lines Assistant Account Representative

  • Deliver brokerage services to commercial clients that pay from $100,000 to $5 million
  • Provide organizational support to the account executive for renewal reviews.
  • Respond to all client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Process comprehensive documentation entries within the management system
  • Complete necessary affidavits and total cost forms for non- admitted companies.
  • Prepare and process endorsements, certificates, EPI’s follow-ups, loss runs, vehicle ID cards, cancellations, reinstatements, policy checking and updating billing screens
  • Set up and maintain client activity files and filing (electronic)
  • Perform other related support duties as requested
  • Prepare schedules and other reports, data entry of new business applications
  • Comply with procedures and practices, meeting performance and quality standards
  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Utilize AMS 360 system and MS Office to enter and Outlook, Excel, Monday.com
