 Commercial Lines Associate Account Representative

• Respond to client day to day inquiries, providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to
• real-estate developers, contractors, trades, fuel oil dealers, light manufacturing, transportation and general commercial business
• Provide client and administrative support to owner, producers & account executives for Commercial insurance including general liability, property, business auto, business owner policies,
• Workers’ compensation, professional liability, commercial umbrella policies, etc.
• Undertake and follow up with data from clients and insurance carriers regarding claims for Commercial and Personal lines as well as, Health/Group insurance claims
• Process certificates of insurance (General Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Disability, etc.)
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals and cancellations accurately and within timelines
• Monitor billing and policy expirations; coordinate renewal process to ensure uninterrupted coverage
• Maintain accurate client files in agency management system (e.g., Partner/Zywave)
