IT SKILLS Internet savvy, Experience rating, quoting and administering policies via carrier portals,  AMS 360, Applied TAM, Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint & Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

  • Submit applications for commercial packages, professional liability, property, auto, liability, workers comp, umbreIIa, excess and surplus, disability, homeowners policies with insurance companies such as AmTrust, Merchants, Travelers, Hartford, Progressive, Utica ,USLI, National General, Utica National and wholesalers
  • Resolve policies and endorsement problems, answer coverage questions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems on customers’ accounts
  • Pursue and follow up on renewal quotes and new business
  • Work with General Agency underwriters in issuance of policies
  • Experience with Agency Management System Vertafore AMS 360

Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

  • Rate, quote and place commercial packages, property, auto, lability, workers' comp, umbrella, excess and surplus, disability, homeowners’ policies with insurance companies such as Travelers, Hartford, Progressive, Utica, Ace, Northfield and several wholesalers
  • Solve policies and endorsement problems; answer coverage questions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems on customers' accounts
  • Pursue and follow up on renewal quotes and new business
  • Act as a CSR liaison with accuracy and efficiency
  • Work with General Agency underwriters in issuance of policies
  • Experienced with Agency Management System (Applied, TAM, DOM)
