Four years in the insurance industry and three years in the nursing industry. Expertise in management of customers that encompass the planning, selling, and maintaining a strong client base.

Account Executive Experience

  • Service, round and retain Personal and Commercial clients including artisans, professionals, real estate, lessors, retailers, distributors, restaurants, BOPs, mom & pop shops, etc.
  • Educate clients and potential clients on insurance options
  • Calculate rates, quotes, prepare proposals and write both personal and commercial policies with Travelers, Chubb, Hartford, Hanover, CNA, Amtrust, Guard, Utica First, Utica National, Nationwide, Liberty Mutual, Nat-Gen, Kingstone, Morstan, Amwins, Seneca, etc. and several wholesalers
  • Build & maintain relationships with insureds and insurers
  • Achieve required sales goals every week
  • Assist existing customers with the selection and purchase of new policies
  • Create & organize suspense to follow up with day-to-day requests.
  • Process renewals, order loss runs, MVRs, Schedule of Insurance, etc.
  • Invoice policies and endorsements
  • Issue Certificates, ID cards, Proof of coverage, etc.
  • Sustain good working relationships with underwriters, carriers, agents and co-workers.
  • Proactively follow up with customers after the sale to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Applied Epic, Hawksoft, AMS 360 software, Microsoft Office and carrier websites to place business & administer client portfolios
  • Education: Community College - A.A.S. for Business Administration
