  • Keen ability to review and analyze clients’ operations, submissions, applications and contracts to ensure accuracy and determine coverage gaps and proper marketing
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial markets, coverages and underwriting guidelines
  • Self-starter with proven ability to resolve conflicts and lead others while prioritizing and managing multiple processes including company directives for increasing profit sharing and business flow
  • Ten+ years of direct Customer Service experience
  • Proficient in various applications such as: Agency PRO, MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.

Account Executive

  • Develop leads and marketing strategies to grow the business
  • Provide expert analysis, day-to-day brokerage services, marketing and relationship management to a diverse group of middle market clients and related Personal Lines (Premiums fall between $20,000 and $800,000)
  • Carriers out client negotiations and presentations for renewals while overseeing the servicing of existing book of business which includes: heavy construction, commercial real estate, manufacturing, service industry firms such as law firms, banks as well as, small and mid-size typical tri-state business insurance
  • Advise and counsel customers which insurance plans best suit their needs
  • Handle all phases of customer service while conducting all aspects of business operations including client services, sales and marketing
  • Responsible for agency relations and marketing with insurers, underwriters and wholesalers
  • Proficient in contract analysis on behalf of clients to determine if existing coverages meet requirements
