• Personally service VIP and high-value clients, ensuring exceptional retention and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance and problem-solving support to associates regarding procedures, agency management systems, underwriting issues, and coverage questions.
• Develop, communicate, implement, and enforce agency-wide operating procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency.
• Monitor employee performance daily, providing coaching, accountability, and performance management.
• Interview and evaluate candidates for hire across all departments.
• Bring extensive hands-on experience in online rating, marketing, sales, underwriting, claims and negotiation.
• Serve as in-house IT lead, coordinating system management, troubleshooting, and upgrades .
• Lead social media strategy and manage public-facing communications to enhance brand presence and agency reputation.

EDUCATION:                     Completed SM-18 Supervisory Management Series offered by the Institutes.
