Currently hold a New York State P&C Broker’s license. (Previously licensed in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania and Connecticut as well)

Oversee staff of Account Executives to service $100,000,000 book of business. Book includes personal and commercial lines. Commercial lines consist heavily of bop class business, contractor’s GL, worker’s compensation and real estate exposures. This is an independent agency there are a wide variety of risks insured with a wide variety of markets.

• Serve as in house IT manager and work closely with third party IT firm.
• Service VIP clients.
• Advise associates experiencing difficulty with procedures, internal system operation and underwriting or coverage questions.
• Formulate, communicate, implement and enforce general office procedures for all staff members.
• Daily monitoring of employee performance.
  Interview candidates for hire in all departments.
• *Extensive experience with online rating, marketing, sales, underwriting, claims reporting, claims negotiation etc.
• *Director of Social Media and public correspondence.
• Implement strategies for agency growth.
• Work with satellite agents handling Major Medical sales/service. And Life Insurance sales initiatives. Handle financials and budgeting for the same.
• Coordinate and manage all agency projects.
