PROFILE: licensed Commercial Lines Account Executive capable of handling all client and market facing aspects of a diversified book of commercial business from quoting and placing new coverages to remarketing accounts to daily problem solving of account issues.

  • Proficient on AMS360 and Epic, MS Office and quoting/rating online with many carriers.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Extensive experience negotiating with underwriters in both the hard and soft market
  • Always fostering positive and respectful relationships.
  • Technically proficient quoting, placing, and explaining coverage for GL, Umbrella, Auto, Workers’ Comp, and Property, Management and Professional products but to a lesser extent than Property and Casualty lines,

Senior Account Executive                                                                                                      

  • Responsible for the overall account management of a large book of middle market business across all lines and all industries including but not limited to Real Estate, Construction, Food Processors, manufactures , importers and other business typical of the tri-state area
  • Prepare applications, proposals, invoicing, endorsements, schedules of insurance, loss summaries, auto ID cards, certificates of insurance, audits and more to ensure that each client has everything they need both at renewal and throughout the year.
  • Document everything in Epic making sure always be in compliance thereby avoiding any E&O’s.
  • Obtain quotes from the carriers for new and renewal business providing best options on coverage and pricing.
  • Through prompt and attentive responses. white glove service, diligence, and acting as a trusted advisor, account retention is consistently above 95%.
  • Work with many carriers including but not limited to Hartford, Hanover, Travelers, Chubb, CNA, and Liberty Mutual. Access wholesalers as needed for access to the E&S markets.
  • Partner with Insureds and Underwriters to establish support needs for renewal policies (i.e. identify/gather relevant account information to quote and/or bind coverage; etc.)
