• Manage a Large Lines Construction book of business, handling renewals, preparing coverage summaries, coordinating the timely issuance of binders, certificates, policies, proposals, etc.
• Oversee a million-income book of large Construction Clients for the New York City five boroughs.
• Demonstrated expertise in loss analysis, negotiating terms and conditions for renewals and new business
• Conduct consultative discussions with a diverse construction client base to assess risk and coverage needs, while establishing and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with insurance carriers and wholesalers.
• Manage all aspects of non-marketed renewals, including quoting, processing, cancellations, while preparing strategic marketing submissions to retain and enhance client coverage
• Analyze subcontractor insurance documentation, inform clients of any coverage deficiencies, and confirm all insurance requirements are satisfied to protect project and contractual interests.
