Personal Lines Account Executive

• Processing customer queries, billing inquiries and payments
• Requesting and following up for Client trailing documents
• Processing and handling Non Renewals and Underwriting Cancellations
• Processing and issuing Endorsements, Renewals
• Underwriting and issuing New Business /Rewrite policies
• Remarketing, Cross selling and rounding out existing accounts
• Conducting Annual Account Reviews
• Reviewing Comm Logs and monthly Expiration Lists
