Personal Line Account Executive  

• Account Executive for several insurance companies including Progressive, Travelers, One Beacon, Adirondack, Chubb, Mercury, Merchants Adirondack, GMAC, Foremost, AARP The Hartford, and Interboro.
• Handled all aspects of sales and services of personal line property and casualty insurance products: Auto, Home, Umbrella, Motorcycle, Classic Auto, Boat, Fire and PAF.
• Provide quotes, qualify and respond to requests from customers for information and follow-up on standard service work after the sale. Used EZLYNX and Pl rater for quoting purposes.
• Prepare and process Auto ID Cards, Insurance Binders, Cancelation Forms
• IT assistant servicing the servers, servicing the servers and setting up backup

• Assist Agency’s with everyday support issues regarding Applied Epic.
• Assisted Agency’s with everyday issues with Personal Lines (creating ID card, evidence of Property)
• Able to remote in and trouble shoot issues on users’ workstations using Ninja remote.
• Ran script to push Applied Epic connections suite, to users' workstations when Epic Browser Upgraded.
• Completed onboarding and offboarding users within Epic.
• Assigned users to the appropriate structures and updated the user when new structures are added.
• Monitor incoming tickets using Zendesk ticketing system
• Experience in Epic Products such as INDIO, Epic Quotes, Vertafore Reference Connect Admin,
• Continued maintaining cyber regulation for Millennium and other agencies within the regional hub.
