• Assist with the renewal and marketing process, working closely with Account Executives
• Prepare loss runs, summaries, and ACORD applications to support pricing and marketing initiatives
• Manage data entry for new and renewal business in the agency system
• Facilitate premium and non-premium endorsements, and follow up on outstanding policies and corrections
• Manage client and company requests, including binders, certificates, billing, endorsements, etc.
• Prepare Proposals, Schedules of Insurance, auto I.D. cards and certificates of insurance

 Habitational Associate Account Executive

• Review and implement policies for habitational clients that pay premium between $200,000 and $2,000,000
• Provide all day-to-day brokerage services to accounts with numerous high-end locations
• Market client related new business and manage the renewal process
• Maintain excellent rapport with clients and underwriters
• Prepare detailed Schedules of Insurance, locations, named insured, etc.
• Process client and company requests, binders, schedules, certificates, billing, endorsements, audits, etc.
• Prepare detailed bidding specifications for multi-line coverage
• Review Loss Runs and detailed Loss Summary
• Assist with all renews, quoting, summary of insurance, invoicing, certificate of insurance
