Associate Account Executive

Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size real estate clients ($50,000 to $500,000 premium) and provide comprehensive brokerage support to large multi-state real estate developers ($2M–$3M premium).

  • Assist EVP with marketing and client management for some of HUB’s largest accounts
  • Handle a broad portfolio including Property, General Liability, Excess Liability, Commercial Package, Professional Liability, Cyber, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation policies
  • Facilitate policy renewals, marketing submissions, and new business quoting
  • Negotiate pricing and terms directly with underwriters and wholesalers
  • Prepare ACORD and supplemental applications for new and renewal accounts
  • Review policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and rating calculations
  • Process endorsements, billing invoices, finance agreements, and surplus line filings
  • Create and present customized insurance proposals to clients
  • Expedite client and carrier requests, ensuring timely issue resolution
  • Conduct training sessions for employees
