Associate Account Executive

- Assist EVP with marketing and client management for some of HUB’s largest accounts
- Handle a broad portfolio including Property, General Liability, Excess Liability, Commercial Package, Professional Liability, Cyber, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation policies
- Facilitate policy renewals, marketing submissions, and new business quoting
- Negotiate pricing and terms directly with underwriters and wholesalers
- Prepare ACORD and supplemental applications for new and renewal accounts
- Review policies for accuracy, coverage adequacy, and rating calculations
- Process endorsements, billing invoices, finance agreements, and surplus line filings
- Create and present customized insurance proposals to clients
- Expedite client and carrier requests, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Conduct training sessions for employees
