  • Capable of designing creative insurance programs and making proposals to clients and companies.
  • Experienced servicing commercial clients with annual premiums between $5,000 and $2,500,000.
  • Very experienced in supporting real estate, import/exporters, manufacturers, mercantile, restaurants, contractors, transportation and wholesale distributors.
  • Proficient in company website rating, Applied EPIC TAM, Excel, Microsoft Word, 

EDUCATION:  Associate Degree Business Management & Accounting

Real Estate Practice Team Leader  

  • Service commercial lines book of business, ranging from office BOP’s to Contractor Packages.
  •  Review and evaluate coverage for clients, advising on their risks are and how to mitigate them.
  •  Evaluate certificate requests to ensure clients’ policies meet the needs of their customers.
  •  Review clients’ certificates and subs policies to ensure client has adequate risk transfer.
  •  Quote and negotiate rates with underwriters; bind and issue policies.

Account Executive

  • Service clients providing administration, quotes, renewals, reviews, claims, certificates, etc.
  • Underwrite each risk for appropriate coverage and assignment to an individual carrier.
  • Suggest additional coverage and cross sell lines and types of insurance.
  • Advise each client how to mitigate certain risks and provide the correct coverage for their needs
