- Participate in the on-boarding and training of new team members
- Act as a technical and workflow resource for the team by maintaining data systems, portals, customer relationship management, policy management systems, addressing and resolving all issues

Account Executive Private Client Division
- Provide quality service to HUB’s larger personal lines clients and other related Personal Lines clients
- Actively review all client renewals, cancellations, non-pay notices and change requests as assigned. A secondary objective is to achieve new and additional sales targets as requested by management.
- Make calls to companies when problems/questions pertaining to clients arise
- Update all renewals in the EPIC system including policy applications and policy billing screen
- Process all renewals/change requests/cancellations from various sources including Chubb My Alerts and daily communication logs
- Enter all appropriate activities in the EPIC system in conjunction with processing
- Send policies to history and make clients inactive, when appropriate
- Send letters to clients confirming specific policy activity.
