  • Personally service 800 middle market and high net worth clients while managing a team of seven’
  • market, renew and retain roughly 6,000 mid- market and high-net-worth clients
  • Maintain close relationships and resolve all conflicts with over 30 Persona Line markets
  • Lead and mentor a team of seven Personal Line account managers
  • Participate in the on-boarding and training of new team members
  • Act as a technical and workflow resource for the team by maintaining data systems, portals, customer relationship management, policy management systems, addressing and resolving all issues
  • Mentor, guide, educate and assist team members to reach their full potential
  • Conduct Employee Quarterly Check-ins, coaching sessions, and creating individualized coaching plans
  • Meet with management to evaluate employee performance and behavior issues

Account Executive Private Client Division 

  • Provide quality service to HUB’s larger personal lines clients and other related Personal Lines clients
  • Actively review all client renewals, cancellations, non-pay notices and change requests as assigned. A secondary objective is to achieve new and additional sales targets as requested by management.
  • Make calls to companies when problems/questions pertaining to clients arise
  • Update all renewals in the EPIC system including policy applications and policy billing screen
  • Process all renewals/change requests/cancellations from various sources including Chubb My Alerts and daily communication logs
  • Enter all appropriate activities in the EPIC system in conjunction with processing
  • Send policies to history and make clients inactive, when appropriate
  • Send letters to clients confirming specific policy activity.
