New Business Account Executive

  • Maintain, build and expand relationships with clients and carriers. Manage underwriting needs with clients needs for the best resolution.
  • Manage policy process from the start by working with the producer, inspection, claims/loss history, M&S reports, underwriting information, supplemental applications, reviewing quotes, proposing to the client, and negotiations.
  • Work with the Account Manager if remarketing is required and focus on account rounding for each insured
  • Manage and participate in the daily activities of binding and processing policies, COIs, SOIs, endorsements, invoicing, finance agreements and client questions on coverage Record and attach all activities for each account in Epic Management System
  • Work with my team in weekly meetings to streamline and discuss workflows
  • Participate in carrier meetings to be up to date on their current market appetite and underwriting guidelines
  • A.A.S. Paralegal Studies
  • Property & Casualty License
  • EPIC Management System
  • Microsoft Office Suite
