Responsibilities
- Expediting client/carrier requests, confirming coverage and quotes
- Negotiate premiums, coverage enhancements and extended coverages with carriers
- Provide thorough review and analysis of coverage, exposures, endorsements and exclusions
- Issue endorsements, ID cards, certificates, proofs, schedules, correspondence, invoices etc.
- Request renewal information from insureds and complete Accord forms,
- Prepare renewal and new business submissions for marketing
- Verify experience mods, rates, accord forms, coverage, limits, premiums, terms and conditions and Market
- Manage suspense system, check and process policies,
- Follow up on endorsements and open items
- Utilize Applied EPIC systems, carrier websites, Word and Excel to perform tasks
