Responsibilities

  • Expediting client/carrier requests, confirming coverage and quotes
  • Negotiate premiums, coverage enhancements and extended coverages with carriers
  • Provide thorough review and analysis of coverage, exposures, endorsements and exclusions
  • Issue endorsements, ID cards, certificates, proofs, schedules, correspondence, invoices etc.
  • Request renewal information from insureds and complete Accord forms,
  • Prepare renewal and new business submissions for marketing
  • Verify experience mods, rates, accord forms, coverage, limits, premiums, terms and conditions and Market
  • Manage suspense system, check and process policies,
  • Follow up on endorsements and open items
  • Utilize Applied EPIC systems, carrier websites, Word and Excel to perform tasks
