• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis and benchmarking to ensure clients receive competitive and cost-effective benefit solutions.
• Compliance: Ensure all benefit plans comply with federal and state regulations, including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other applicable laws. ➢Employee Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to educate employees about their benefit options and enrollment processes.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, proactive communication, and exceptional service.
